These terms cover gqsoccer.com and the Season Scheduler at app.gqsoccer.com, provided by Genuine Quality Enterprises, LLC (“we”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

The free scheduler

The free Season Scheduler is offered at no cost. We may improve, change or limit features over time, and paid features (Pro) will have their own terms when they launch.

Your schedule is your responsibility

The scheduler helps you plan, but it doesn’t replace official league, club or field schedules. Always confirm dates, times and locations with the official source. Your data is stored in your browser, so keep backups; we can’t recover data that’s been cleared from your device.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site or scheduler, try to disrupt them, or use them for anything unlawful. Don’t enter players’ personal information.

No warranty

The site and scheduler are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for missed games, scheduling conflicts, lost data or other losses from using them.

Ownership

The Genuine Quality Soccer name, logo, site and scheduler belong to Genuine Quality Enterprises, LLC. Your schedule belongs to you. Club and league names you enter belong to their owners.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. We’ll post updates here with a new effective date.
